Yes. Submitting the contact form sends your name, email address, topic and message to the store through Shopify. The form shows a confirmation or any information needed to complete your submission.

The contact form uses your email address so the store can respond to your message. Submitting the newsletter form records your signup through Shopify. The sample reading does not enrol you in the newsletter.
