About this site
MINGVAYA brings together jewellery, a symbolic language and an interest in the objects we choose to live with. You can explore the available collection, read the journal and use the store’s Shopify shopping bag and checkout.
The reading room introduces BaZi, the five elements, the Chinese zodiac and Feng Shui through sample content. A sample report is an illustration of the format and is not a personalised calculation or a booked service.

Products, materials & claims
Read the description, price and availability on the product page for the piece you are considering. If the material, treatment, measurement, fit or care information you need is not shown, ask us before ordering.
Additional bracelet studies, the aroma diffuser and the clear-quartz chips are collection concepts until their final details and availability are confirmed. Symbolic associations are editorial prompts and do not promise protection, healing, wealth, attraction or another outcome.

Digital readings & reports
The site includes a complete sample BaZi report and introductions to BaZi, the Chinese zodiac and Feng Shui. The chart, element percentages, cycles and interpretations are illustrative and are not calculated from a visitor’s birth details. No practitioner review, booking or personalised advice occurs.
You can read the sample at your own pace and use your browser’s print option to keep a copy. The reading room does not offer paid reports or promise delivery of a personal reading. Its content is for cultural exploration and reflection.

Orders, prices & payment
Available products use the store’s Shopify shopping bag and checkout. Adding a piece to the bag does not reserve stock or place an order. Review the final items, currency, availability and any applicable charges shown at checkout before confirming payment.
Collection studies and concept products that are not ready for sale provide an enquiry route. Sample readings do not create a paid service order or a discount entitlement.

Delivery, dispatch & tracking
Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout for your delivery address. If you need a delivery detail that is not shown, contact the atelier before ordering.
For a question about an existing order, include the order number and the information you would like us to check. The delivery journey illustration on the support page is an example and does not show the status of an actual shipment.

Returns, cancellations & issues
Contact the atelier with questions about cancellation, returns, an exchange or an item you have received. Include your order number when your question relates to an existing order.
If you need to understand a return or cancellation condition before purchasing, ask us before confirming your order. This information page does not set an additional return window, warranty or refund promise.

Details entered into the sample reading are used in your browser to introduce the example. They are not submitted for a practitioner review or a personalised chart calculation. Use the clear-details option to remove your sample reading details.
Contact and newsletter forms submit the details you provide to the store through Shopify. Contact information is used for your enquiry; the newsletter form records a signup. Read our Privacy Policy for information about how the store handles personal information.

Editorial and cultural boundaries
Journal notes and element descriptions are invitations to observation and reflection. They do not diagnose a condition, predict a certain event or replace advice from an appropriately qualified professional. Feng Shui content cannot assess structural, electrical, fire, environmental, accessibility or building-safety issues.
The collection’s element and intention edits are optional ways to explore colour and meaning. You can follow an editorial association, choose a favourite colour or browse the whole collection; none of these choices is a prescription or a promise of an outcome.
